Changing the Way I see and feel about food

Changing the Way I see and feel about food
For me Food has always been an enemy… jumping from yoyo diet to next fad diet. Yes I lost the weight many times, but never seemed to keep it off when i went back to eating “normally” again. I admit i have a very sweet tooth and love ice-cream, chocolates and sugar. So continuing to eat healthy has been my biggest struggle. Plus I always hated exercise; so that along with healthy eating, being fit and maintaining a good weight was a big struggle.

I have learnt that it is all about my mindset.  I have changed my mindset and found a new way of being.  I am clean eating now and have totally increased my fitness level by exercising five days a week. It is awesome to be feeling healthy and fit!

I have changed my mindset around how I see food, and what I am eating and how much. BFE has been the key.  It has not been a quick fix, and I have not arrived at the final destination (do we ever?), but I am well on my journey to a fitter, healthier me and loving it. As I have found - the healthier and happier I feel the better results I create across the board in all areas of my life.

The journey has been well worth it. While I am not perfect, (and no one is,). I can say I am never going back.  That old me, she no longer exists and good riddance to her!

Happy New Year 2014 - Will it be your BEST year yet?

First of all I would like to wish you all a Happy New Year...

What a year it has been. I have to say 2013 has been my best year ever!! In so many ways

I totally smashed out some huge income goals in my business this year (even made a new company record)

I am fitter and more toned then I have ever been in my life! Not there yet completely ... but not far from the end goal

I have totally changed my eating habits and am eating healthier than I ever have in my life.

I feel closer and have spent more time with my loved ones this year

We have been to more concerts and had so many more exciting experiences than we have ever had and were able to share those with our awesome friends.

I do feel truly blessed for everyone and everything in my life right now..

Totally looking forward to creating and increasing the joy and success from this year into 2014.. Wishing you all the same

Lots of Love xx To your success, Lee Anne xxx

Opportunity and Adversity

Opportunity and Adversity

As the saying goes Adversity brings Opportunity and it is true. Sometimes the biggest Adversity at the time when reflecting back on it, was the time you grew the most and brought such great opportunity.

What I have noticed over time in my life are a few things. Being in your comfort zone for too long tends to attract adversity. So often I will do things that take me out of my comfort zone as I have noticed that when I do this regularly I don't seem to have such big adversities thrown at me anymore.

What his has proven to me time and time again is that we do create our life by design and what we focus on we create.

I love that I have complete power over the journey I am on and that If I choose to take the road less travelled then I can. To experience new adventures and create new opportunities.

When has adversity in your life created an opportunity?

A New Chapter Begins today

A New Chapter Begins today

It is amazing how much things can change in a year. The other night I had a huge realization. I am a totally different person then i was a year ago.

To share with you a little of the changes I have made, to me they seem huge for others they may seem small. But I am truly excited about how far I have come. Of course there is still so far to go, but I am enjoying the journey.

1. Exercise - I have never really been one for exercise or sport. I have had small bursts of times like going to the Gym for 6 months etc, but nothing really on a consistent basis. Where as now I get up at 4am every weekday to go to a 5am Crossfit class. The funny thing is I am actually enjoying it plus I am seeing some awesome results.

2. Eating - Most of my life I have been a yoyo dieter. Lost weight kept it off and then put it back on. For the past few years I have been pretty good but still had not adopted any healthy eating plan. Until I came across Paleo. I am now a convert, I love some of the awesome new foods & recipes I have discovered.

3. Financially - Wow this one has been huge for me. I used to work my ass off, very long days, all for not much income at all. I used to be highly stressed and always getting sick. Now days I make consistently double my past yearly income every month. I enjoy life more, I do things with family and friends and I am a better Mum and Wife.

For me all these things have come about by finding a company I am aligned with, a life changing product and a vehicle to create a spectacular income. Because of these things it has enabled me to create better life choices personally , health & fitness and eating wise.

All of that with the support of my family and my consistent work and drive.

I am excited to be BEING the new me in 2013!

Focused on the Goal

Posted by Lee Anne Bartlett on 18 December 2012
Focused on the Goal
I love having exciting goals to be able to focus on each day. I know for me that having BIG goals really drives me to take massive action to achieve them.

When I set a goal for me there is no question on wether I can achieve it.. It is about this is what I want, this is going to happen. Just not sure how and when!!

A quote I love that sums this up.. Write your goals in Stone and the timeframe in Sand

So first know what it Is you want... work out the first step you need to take and keep focused on that goal. Don't let obstacles or other peoples options take you from that focus. Sometimes it can be hard.. when huge adversity hits you.. you just need to be strong and keep moving forward.

Really it comes down to having the certainty in yourself and belief in yourself that you can achieve anything you put your mind and efforts to

What tips/Techniques do you use to keep you focused on the goal?
